1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the ik444 platform and all its services. By using the ik444 website, application or any service, you are considered to have given your full and unconditional consent to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

Registering a valid account is mandatory to use the full services of ik444. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Members of the same household are not permitted to open multiple accounts from the same IP address, even if they use separate devices.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at ik444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

• Deposited funds will only be accepted from the account holder's own payment method.
• Funds deposited through a third party will be rejected and returned to the sender.
• Depositing using a credit card or borrowed money is strongly discouraged.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes, though this may take longer if verification is required.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Deposits made with a bonus will only be eligible for withdrawal after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• ik444 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ik444 will receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to claim this bonus:

• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
• The bonus may only be claimed once at the time of the first deposit.
• The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

ik444 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Attempting to claim bonuses through bonus abuse or multiple accounts will result in the relevant accounts being closed.

6. Game Rules

6.2 Technical Issues

• Collusion: Applying coordinated fraudulent strategies among multiple players.
• Software Use: Using bots, automated software or any manipulation tools.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• Abuse: Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Offensive Behaviour: Threatening, abusing or harassing members of the support team or other players.
• Third-Party Funds: Depositing using another person's money or payment account.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, ik444 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and take legal action where applicable.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by ik444

ik444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Evidence or clear suspicion of a breach of the Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of being a minor.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).

9.2 Closure at the User's Own Initiative

Any user may close their account at any time. All withdrawable funds must be withdrawn before submitting a request to close the account.
